To get to the house, it’s a 4km country dirt road, which gives a sense of peace and tranquillity away from the nearest town. Always handy to have a 4x4. The town is just 3 kilometres away and has all the necessary amenities. Doctors, health centres, banks, shops, opticians, vets, etc. It is approx 100 meters from the waterside.
It's quiet, with kilometres of cork and olive trees surrounding the area. There is no traffic noise or light pollution to bother you, making it great for stargazing.
